The Office of College Events oversees the rental of the ÑÇÖÞAV facilities. We offer spaces for meetings, mid-size conferences and retreats as well as beautiful indoor and outdoor venues for weddings and private events.
ÑÇÖÞAV is the founding college of The Claremont Colleges, a consortium of five undergraduate colleges and two graduate universities. It is located in Claremont, California on a 100+ year old campus comprised of beautiful historic and contemporary state-of-the-art buildings. The college has convenient freeway access and is situated eight miles from Ontario Airport (ONT), 30 miles from Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) and 40 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
- Rental groups may use our facilities during breaks in academic instruction, including: Summer Break (mid-May through mid-August), Fall Break (October), Winter Break (mid-December through mid-January, not including holiday closure) and Spring Break (mid-March). Please visit our academic calendar for specific date information.
- Residential conference space is only available during the months of June and July.
- Rental groups are required to use ÑÇÖÞAV Catering for food and beverage services.
- Groups may also dine at one of our buffet-style dining halls operated by Dining Services.
